Acceptance

By creating a Zadd account and using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What Zadd is

Zadd is a personal finance app that aggregates bank account data (via UAE Open Finance), tracks budgets and transactions, and presents a consolidated view of your finances. Zadd is an information service, not a financial institution. We don't move money on your behalf.

Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe.
• You must be 18 or older and a UAE resident to use Zadd.
• One account per person. Don't share your account.

Bank data

When you link a bank, you authorise Zadd (via a CBUAE-licensed Open Finance provider) to read your account details, balances, and transactions. We never receive or store your bank login credentials. You can revoke this access at any time from inside the app.

What you can't do

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source of the app.
• Use the service to break the law or harm others.
• Resell or redistribute Zadd or its data.
• Attempt to access another user's account or data.

Disclaimers

Zadd presents data from third-party sources (your banks, market data providers). We strive for accuracy, but we don't guarantee that every figure is real-time or error-free. Always confirm balances and transactions with your bank before making decisions.

Zadd is not a financial advisor. Anything that looks like advice — budgeting suggestions, spending insights — is informational, not professional financial advice.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from inside the app (Profile → Delete account). Deletion is immediate and permanent. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Zadd is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved in UAE courts.

Changes

We may update these Terms as Zadd evolves. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated in the app.
